Thank you for choosing me as your confidence coach! By enrolling in any of my services—including coaching programs, single sessions, discovery calls, or future offerings—you agree to these Terms of Service.. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to me directly.

These Terms of Service outline your responsibilities, my responsibilities, and the key policies that govern our work together.

1. Payment

How Payment Works

  • Payment is required in full upon enrollment in my services unless a payment plan is explicitly offered. By completing payment, you confirm your commitment to the program.

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. No payment details are stored on my website or personal systems.

2. Refund Policy

No Refunds After Onboarding is Initiated:

Once you begin the onboarding process (e.g., complete the self-assessment or schedule your first session), refunds will no longer be offered. This policy ensures mutual commitment to the program.

Refunds Before Onboarding Starts:

If you haven’t started onboarding and notify me within 72 hours of purchase, you may request a refund. Refunds are subject to a administrative fee, which covers non-refundable payment processing costs and administrative efforts.

Non-Refundable After 72 Hours:

After 72 hours, all purchases are non-refundable, even if onboarding hasn’t started. This policy encourages prompt action to engage with the program and aligns with the commitment expected for personal transformation.

Exceptional Circumstances:

Refunds outside these terms may be considered only in cases of documented emergencies (e.g., severe illness) and at my discretion.

Note: Free discovery calls are not eligible for refunds or compensation, as they are offered without charge.

3. Coaching Sessions and Scheduling

🧭Session Format

  • Coaching and consultation sessions—whether single or multi-session—are conducted online via a secure video conferencing platform.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and a distraction-free environment for each session.

 

📅Scheduling

  • You’ll receive a link to schedule your session(s) after payment or during the onboarding process.
  • Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
  • For multi-session programs, it’s recommended to schedule your sessions in advance to maintain momentum and consistency.
  • For one-time sessions, you’ll select your preferred date at the time of booking.
  • For free discovery calls, scheduling will also occur through my booking platform and is based on availability
  • Discovery calls are not coaching sessions and do not include follow-up documentation or tools

 

🔁 Client-Initiated Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice via email or the scheduling platform.
  • If you cancel or request to reschedule within 24 hours, the session is considered forfeited unless an emergency or exceptional situation applies.

 

📌Coach-Initiated Rescheduling

  • In rare cases, I may need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. You’ll be notified as soon as possible, and we’ll find a new time that works.
  • Any rescheduling initiated by me will not count against your session limit or program timeline.

 

🚫Missed Sessions

  • If you miss a session without providing advance notice, the session is considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
  • Late arrivals will result in shorter sessions, as sessions will end at the originally scheduled time.

 

⏳ Program Timelines (for multi-session programs)

  • Multi-session programs must be completed within 6 months of enrollment unless otherwise agreed.

  • Unused sessions after that time are considered forfeited.

  • If you’d like to continue beyond that time frame, you can purchase individual sessions separately.

  • To achieve the program’s promised outcomes, all sessions must be completed. Skipped sessions may impact your results.

 

⚠️Exceptional Circumstances

  • Life happens. If an emergency or serious issue prevents you from attending, please reach out as soon as possible.

  • Rescheduling or refund exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis and at my discretion.

4. Your Responsibilities

To get the most out of our work together, you agree to:

  • Be honest and open in our sessions.

  • Complete the actionable steps and assignments we agree upon.

  • Approach the program and sessions with a willingness to engage and grow.

5. My Obligation

As your coach, I promise to:

  • Provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for your growth.

  • Offer guidance, tools, and strategies tailored to your unique goals.

  • Keep all shared information confidential, except as required by law.

6. Coaching vs. Therapy

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for professional mental health care.

  • What Coaching Covers: Goal setting, confidence-building strategies, and actionable steps to overcome challenges.

  • What Coaching Does Not Cover: Diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.

If you require mental health support, I encourage you to seek a licensed therapist or medical professional.

7. Confidentiality

Your privacy is my priority. All information shared in our sessions will remain confidential, with the following exceptions:

  • If I am legally obligated to disclose information (e.g., for safety reasons).
  • If you grant me explicit permission to share specific details for a purpose we agree upon.

For how your personal data is collected, used, and stored, please refer to my Privacy Policy. It is an integral part of these Terms of Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, and strategies shared during any coaching service or discovery session are my intellectual property. You agree not to share, distribute, or replicate any materials without my permission.

9. Service Modifications

I reserve the right to update or modify services details — including session formats, scheduling tools, or learning resources — to enhance the coaching experience.
I may also adapt, pause, or discontinue aspects of a multi-session program due to business, legal, or operational reasons.
If substantial changes affect your access or experience, I’ll notify you in advance via email or on the website.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under German jurisdiction.

11. Force majeure (unexpected events)

I am not liable for delays or failures in service delivery caused by circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, illness, or technical failures.

12. Eligibility

My Services are primarily designed for individuals aged 18 and over.
If you are under 18 years of age, you may only participate with the explicit written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By enrolling in my services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in my program or using my services, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
